Born in California and raised in Maryland, Dr. Mateo Toledo developed a deep appreciation for both science and multicultural perspectives early in life. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and International Languages: Spanish from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, where she combined her passion for health sciences with her love for diverse communities. She later pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Northeast College of Health Sciences, equipping herself with advanced clinical skills to address a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
With a warm and welcoming approach, Dr. Mateo Toledo believes in treating the whole person rather than just symptoms. She integrates evidence-based chiropractic techniques with lifestyle modifications to empower her patients to take an active role in their health. Whether addressing chronic pain, injury recovery, or overall wellness, she is dedicated to helping each individual regain mobility, reduce discomfort, and enhance their quality of life.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Mateo Toledo enjoys singing, traveling, and spending time outdoors. She finds joy in exploring nature with her three beloved dogs—Kosmo, Zeus, and Nugget—who accompany her on many adventures. Her enthusiasm for life and well-being is reflected in the compassionate care she provides to each patient she meets.
